Edmonton weather: September is the Schitt’s

A look at today’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.

Monday morning temperatures at the Edmonton Blatchford station measured 6.9 C with 6 km/h winds out of the south, southwest.

This has been one of the better September’s I can recall in some time. It’s been great, actually. Or maybe I’m just in a great mood after watching Canadian actors Dan Levy, Eugene Levy, Catherine O’Hara, and Annie Murphy SWEEP the Emmy’s last night for Schitt’s Creek! Jen and I were literally yelling at the TV and cheering out loud.

It took me a while to fall asleep but honestly I’m still so happy after last night I don’t even mind that it’s Monday morning. No Monday blues here, folks. The weather is great — looks like we’ll be above average all week — and all that smoke from the wildfires in the U.S. has seemingly dissipated. September isn’t so bad after all. In fact, it’s awesome. You could say September is the Schitt’s.
