Edmonton weather: Super September brings super warm, super windy day

Article content

A look at today’s Edmonton weather by Environment Canada.

Monday morning temperatures at the Edmonton Blatchford station measured 9.8 C with 11 km/h winds out of the south, southwest.

Wow, another ridiculously, super warm forecast as we count down the final days of Super September. Forecasters today are calling for a high of 23 C (!) which would be absolutely super if not for the super gusty winds (20-50 km/h) also in the forecast. Getting sick of the word super yet? Every time I see it I think supper. It’s not supper, though. It’s barely even breakfast. Regardless, have a super day, enjoy this super forecast and have a super supper, I guess. What an odd thing to say.
