The suspect in a Saturday evening shooting that sent a man to hospital may be armed and dangerous, city police say.
Edmonton police issued a news release Sunday evening seeking the public’s help locating 19-year-old Dorian Gladue-Thomas, who goes by the name Max.
Gladue-Thomas is the suspect in a shooting near 107 Street and 106 Avenue early Saturday evening. Police allege Gladue-Thomas shot another 19-year-old man with a shotgun following a “dispute over property.” The victim is recovering in hospital.
Gladue-Thomas is wanted on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, breach of a firearm prohibition and possession of stolen property.
Officials believe Gladue-Thomas is armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach and to call police immediately. Investigators said he is known to frequent downtown.
