Edmonton researcher says discovery of more remains at new sites ‘definitely possible’

It’s been a week since the remains of 215 children were found on the site of a former residential school in Kamloops. Now, there’s a nationwide push to uncover more potential burial sites, including on a notorious Edmonton site: the shuttered Charles Camsell Hospital, where many Indigenous people were treated for tuberculosis and other ailments during a time of segregated health care.
