The suspicious death of a 38-year-old man in late November has been deemed non-criminal by Edmonton police.
On Nov. 28, about 7:40 p.m., officers responded to a weapons complaint at a home near 130 Avenue and 69 Street. When they arrived, they found the 38-year-old man in medical distress. He was treated and transported to hospital, where he later died.
Following an autopsy completed on Dec. 1, and a thorough investigation, homicide detectives determined the man’s death to be accidental and non-criminal in nature.
Police said no further information will be provided.
