Edmonton Humane Society ending its role in saving abused animals has rescue groups concerned

The Edmonton Humane Society is ending its role in protecting animals from abuse and neglect in our city. The decision was made in December, but it’s just becoming public now. And as Sarah Kraus explains, animal activists are concerned.
